Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction for disposal of his representation dated 27.04.2016, wherein and whereby, he has sought for determination of the property tax to the property situated at No.59/67, Raja Srinivasa Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-41. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application given before the second respondent is still pending and not disposed of.

3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
