Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.30 of 2021 dated 07.01.2021 "The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.851 of 2020 on the file of Ambattur Police Station before the said Magistrate".

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 2 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.875 of 2021, it has been wrongly typed in words as "anticipatory bail" instead of "bail".

3. Considering the above submission, paragraph No.2 of the order is ordered to be read as follows:

" 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had applied for bail and the Trail Court by order dated 07.01.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.30 of 2021 had granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only). He would further submit that, it is very difficult for him to deposit such a huge amount ordered by the trial Court, hence he seeks modification 2/4

of the said condition. "

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.875 of 2021 dated 22.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

6. Time is extended for a further period of one week for depositing the said amount, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order.
