Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed by this Honorable Court in the order dated 09.12.2021 made in Crl.OP.NO. 23947 of 2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.LAKSHMIPATHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23947 of 2021 on 09.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
