[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J.,] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Malathi, aged about 19 years.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of a complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.762 of 2022 on 19.12.2022 under 'Woman Missing'. On investigation, it is found that the detenue Malathi, daughter of Murugan, aged about 19 years fell in love with one Sabapathi, Son of Late Murugan and they got married on 20.01.2023. He would further submit that they also appeared before the Inspector of police, Kallidaikurichi, Tirunelveli District.
