Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent culminating in Letter/Memo bearing No.3/9-ICT-2009/HW/PH-III/MIS/2898 dated 02.05.2012 issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to call for the records of the respondent culminating in Letter/Memo bearing No.3/9-ICT-2009/HW/PH-III/MIS/2898, dated 02.05.2012, issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that, as per the impugned order dated 02.05.2012, the Bank Guarantee was disbursed during the year 2012 and thus, the order had been acted upon long back.

3.This being the factum now placed before this Court, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised. However, if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open to them to agitate the same in the manner known to law.

With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
