The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.5 of 2004 in AS.No.24 of 1997 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vellore. It is represented that AS.No.24 of 1997 was dismissed as not pressed on 17.12.2018. A copy of the Judgment passed in AS.No.24 of 1997 is produced before this court.
