Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the scale of pay of the petitioner in the Selection Grade on the basis of the Government Letter No.63305/Pay Cell/2010-1, Finance (PC) Department, dated 08.11.2010 which was issued based on the recommendation of the One Man Commission, at Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/- and consequently fix the Special Grade at Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4400/- and confer all the consequential benefits.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the scale of pay of the petitioner in the Selection Grade on the basis of the Government Letter No.63305/Pay Cell/2010-1, Finance (PC) Department, dated 08.11.2010 which was issued based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

recommendation of the One Man Commission, at Pay Band Rs.930034800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/- and to consequently fix the Special Grade at Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4400/- and to confer all the consequential benefits.

2.Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submits that it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents and issue direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation that is to be made by the petitioner. 3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
