(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, wife of detenu Sathishkumar, aged about 42 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of her husband, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the respondents 2 and 3, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that due enquiry is being caused in case in Cr.No.30/2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police at the instance of the petitioner.
