When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.03.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died and sought time for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. Subsequently, the matter has been listed periodically for taking steps. However, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. In these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
