ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.599 of 2015 which was registered for the offence under Section 379 IPC, had filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.599 of 2015 and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that after the investigation, the second respondent has closed the case as undetected and referred charge sheet has been filed and the RCS notice has been served to the petitioner/defacto complainant on 09.04.2019.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this petition to be adjudicated upon further, therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
