This application is presented by the petitioner to implead Mr.K.V.Narasimhan, son of Mr.K.V.Rangasamy (deceased), as the sixth respondent in O.P.No.28 of 2022.

2. In paragraph 8 of the affidavit in support of this application, the applicant has referred to the fact that Mr.K.V.Narasimhan is one of the legal heirs of Mr.K.V.Rangasamy and that the Court had indicated that he may be impleaded.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 has no objection to this application being allowed. Learned counsel also states that he has been instructed to appear for the proposed sixth respondent. Respondents 1 to 3 were earlier set ex parte.

4. In these circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 06.02.2023 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties within a week thereafter.

5. List the matter on 13.02.2023.
