This petition has been filed to call for the entire proceedings of the case in M.C.No.50 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court of Pondicherry and transfer the same to the Family Court of Chennai.

2. The Maintenance case is of the year 2014 and there is no scope to transfer the case at this length of time.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Pondicherry to dispose of MC.No.50 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
