Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order dated 17.02.2011 in Unnumbered I.D. Of 2010 filed by the petitioners herein against the second respondent respectively and quash the same.

COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the second respondent/management made a submission that the writ petition was filed against the order dated 17.02.2011 in Unnumbered I.D. of 2010. The workmen/writ petitioners filed the Industrial Disputes claiming that they are the protected workmen. Further the Labour Court rejected their claim and refused to number the industrial dispute. Thus, the writ petitions are filed.
2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently an Approval Petition was filed under Section 33(2) (b) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by the Management and the said petition was dismissed. Against which the Management filed writ petitions which are pending before this Court. 3.These being the facts and circumstances, the parties can raise all their contentions and grounds in the pending writ petitions. As far as present writ petitions are concerned, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, all these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
