This matter is taken up today 'for being spoken to', in view of a difficulty faced by the Registry.

2. It is informed by the Registry that the original Compromise Memo is missing, though the counsel for one of the parties has given a copy of the same.

3. It is accepted by both the counsel that the decree can be drafted based on the copy of the Compromise Memo.

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to draft the decree, based on the copy of the Compromise Memo.
