O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioners to dispose of EA.No.457 of 2009 in EP.No.27 of 2006 in OS.No.42 of 2001, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Gingee.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners

contended that the petition filed under Order XXI Rule 58 has not been disposed of so far by the learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the fact that EA.No.457 of 2009 is kept pending for a long time, the learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report the same to the High Court.

5. With the above directions, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
