As per the orders of this Court dated 19.06.2023, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner has produced a demand draft in the name of the respondent Mr.C.Sridhar for a sum of Rs.1,80,496/-. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the demand draft to the learned counsel for the second respondent, who in-turn received the same.

On such payment, the claims, which is the subject matter of C.P.No. 11 of 2008, come to a conclusion. No further adjudication is required. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
