These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Though notice is served on respondents, none appears.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 18 days is condoned and the petitions are ordered accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, these CMP's are ordered.
