Rangasamy (Convict Prisoner No.20221) on parole for a period of 90 days. Prayer in HCP.No.95/2019:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to release the detenue S.Panchanathan son of Singaiya Devar aged about 76 years (Convict Prisoner No.20222) on parole for a period of 90 days.

COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] This Court vide order dated 21.01.2019 in H.C.P.Nos.93 & 95 of 2019 had granted parole / release to the detenues for a period of 30 days between 24.01.2019 and 23.02.2019 and on expiry of the said period, both of them surrendered and admitted in a Central Prison, Trichy.
