The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died on 13.08.2016 and that no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also produced the Death Certificate of the sole petitioner.
2.In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
