This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.218 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the FIR in Crime No.218 of 2023 has been registered on 02.10.2023. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet, if already not filed, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
