2. Now, the IDBI Bank cheque bearing No.600259021 dated 28.08.2018 for a sum of Rs.2,40,000/-, drawn in favour of the writ petitioner, is now handed over to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner enabling him to hand over to the writ petitioner.
3. In view of the fact that the respondent contemnor has been produced before this Court by the Commissioner of Police, Chennai and the respondent in turn has implemented the order of this Court dated 13.11.2017 in W.P.No25822/2014, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
