Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the termination order bearing Ref.No.007790/E2/BSD-ICTC/2016 dated 30.12.2016 passed by the third respondent and relieving order bearing ref.No.46/DAPCU/TVR/2016 dated 31.12.2016 passed by the fourth respondent and the order bearing No.0457/A1/Estt/CM Cell/TANSACS/2017 dated 10.02.2017 passed by the fifth

respondent in rejecting the petitioner's representation to revoke the order of termination and to quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice and violative of Art.14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction directing the third and fourth respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with full backwages, continuity of service and all other service benefits.
