O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks that a house be allotted to her, since her house was demolished on 13.10.2018. She has preferred a representation to this effect addressed to the third respondent, dated 04.03.2019. 2.The 3rd respondent has filed a counter and made a statement that since the petitioner was an encroacher of poramboke land, she was removed by the respondents 1 and 2 and if her case is recommended by the respondents 1 and 2, the 3rd respondent would seriously consider allotting a tenement to the petitioner. Now the petitioner is directed to approach the District Collector with a representation accompanied by appropriate documents, if there are anything available with her for this purpose and once the representation is made, the District Collector, namely the first respondent herein, is required to take a call on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation and transmit the same with his/her recommendation to the third respondent forthwith.

3.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
