This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 28 January 2016 issued by the respondent under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In response to the impugned notice, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 08 February 2016. Without awaiting consequential action or order, as according to the petitioner, nothing has happened till date, he has come up with this writ petition.

Concededly, till now, no final order has been passed by the authority after considering the petitioner's representation submitted in response to the show cause notice. In such view of the matter, we are of the considered view that this writ petition is frivolous and premature at this stage. Thus, we are not inclined to pass any order in this writ petition.

Resultantly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
