Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first Respondent in Ref.Mu.Mu.No.19608/2024/E1, dated 15.11.2024 and order of the second respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.Mu.Mu.1694/Aa1, dated 25.07.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to declare the settlement deeds dated 15.02.2024 in document Nos.642 & 643 of 2024 registered before the Sub-Registrar office Kaniyur in favour of the Respondents 3 to 5 as null and void and pass orders For Petitioner : Mr.B. The learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of the letter received by him from the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
