O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Sangeetha Hema Rosin and her one year old male child, to cause production of the detenus, before this Court and to set them at liberty.
2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/father and the mother of the alleged detenue are also present before this Court with two female children. husband of the detenue, Sangeetha Hema Rosin is in abroad. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major aged about 25 years and that she is working in Kerala and she is residing with her friend in Kerala and she further submits she is not willing to go along with her parents.
4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.It is open to the parties to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum.
