Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to complying the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26327 of 2018 dt.15.11.2018 on condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Asst.Sessions Judge, Hosur, within a period of 2 weeks from today.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26327 of 2018 dated 15.11.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of ten days time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26327 of 2018. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
