This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants or their agents or their men in any way alienating or encumbering the suit schedule property as mentioned in Judges Summons pending disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs is present.

3. Though this application has been filed in the year 2008, the applicants/plaintiffs have failed to proceed further in this matter and hence, no purpose will be served in keeping this application pending.

4. In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
