(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. S. Murugan, learned counsel for writ petitioners, submits that the cause of writ petitioners being common, writ petitioners may be permitted to file a single writ petition.

Further, learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours day-after-tomorrow (07.02.2025). This submission is recorded.

Therefore, accepting the above ground/reason, the captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for subject to petitioners paying or having paid separate Court fee. There shall be no order as to costs.
