This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Ms.P.T.Mathivethika, learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Ms.P.T.Mathivetika representing her senior Thiru S.Xavier Felix, has made endorsement on the plaint stating that the plaint may be dismissed as no instruction has been received so far from the plaintiff.

2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the suit stands dismissed.

3. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the plaintiff in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
