Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to consider and pass orders in the Claim dated 5.11.2020 filed by the Petitioner, within a time frame as deem fit by this Court and consequently restrain Respondents, their subordinates, men, agents and any other men claiming under them, from initiating recovery action for the property tax payable by the Petitioner for the period 1/2020 i.e. 1.4.2020 till 30.9.2020, till the disposal of Petitioner's Claim dated 5.11.2020.

ORDER
The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose application dated 05.11.2020 for revision of property tax. By order dated 29.01.2021, the application has been disposed and as such nothing further survives in this writ petition.

2. Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.01.2021 in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
