ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.140 of 2018 dated 07.05.2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up, Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, after completion of investigation, final report was filed and the case was taken in S.T.C.No.424 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri District.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, final report was filed and case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.424 of 2023, nothing survives in this petition.
