Mr.T.E.Krishna, learned counsel represented before this Court on behalf of Mr.A.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the Plaintiff and submitted that the learned counsel on record is out of country and based on his instructions the learned Junior counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "Since the above matter had been already settled out of Court, the matter is not pressed and is withdrawn".

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the Plaintiff and also in view of the endorsement so made, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
