Present revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.57 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Hosur within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in the revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has filed the suit for a declaration to declare the election held on 03.01.2019 and the election of defendants 2 to 11 as office bearers of the Hosur Small Micro Entrepreneurs Welfare Society as null and void. According to the petitioner the election was conducted in the year 2019 for a period of two years and immediately after the election he filed the suit and the respondents have also filed their written statement and the trial is yet to commence. Hence, the petitioner filed the present revision seeking an early disposal of the suit within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Additional District Judge, Hosur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.57 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
