This petition has been filed to call for the case diary in FIR No.2492 of 2015 dated 20.08.2015 on the file of E-1 Police Station, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 along with the postmortem report and to direct the respondent police to forthwith apprehend the culprits, investigate and file the charge sheet in accordance with law under the monitoring and supervision of this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No.2492 of 2015 and it is now pending in SC No.306 of 2016 on the file of the 1st Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.
