O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathiyamangalam to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2.It is seen from records that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Court below, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the concerned Police to register an F.I.R and to proceed further in accordance with law. This petition has been taken on file in C.M.P.No.1546 of 2018 and the sworn statement of the petitioner was also recorded on 11.06.2018. Since no action has been taken, thereafter, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathiyamangalam to pass appropriate orders in C.M.P.No.1546 of 2018 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
