No representation for the revision petitioners. The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the suit in O.S.No.471 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Pollachi is still pending. The Registry after ascertaining the pendency of the above suit, informed this court that the suit in O.S.No.471 of 2008 was disposed of on 3.12.2005. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
