2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that during the investigation the petitioner, one K.Ramalinga Gounder died on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.03.2019. He further submitted that both the petitions have been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2015. After completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalaipet and taken on file as C.C.No.83 of 2019. Hence, the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous. 4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
