The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the respondent are husband and wife. Due to matrimonial dispute, a private complaint has been filed by the respondent/wife and now, the same has been settled between the parties. Hence, the relief sought for in this Criminal Original petition has become infructuous and hence the Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
