Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute relating to property measuring 2 acres comprised in Survey Nos.599, 600 and 638 of Paiyur Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District between the petitioner and his brother K. ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute relating to property measuring 2 acres comprised in Survey Nos.599, 600 and 638 of Paiyur Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District between the petitioner and his brother K. Krishnan.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the second and third respondents are interfering with the civil dispute relating to the subject property. It is needless to point out that when the parties are agitating their rights before the civil forum, the police officials may not be justified to interfere with the same.

4.Nevertheless, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions, submitted that the second and third respondents are not interfering with the civil dispute over the subject property.

5.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
