The learned counsel for the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the period of one year from 2013 to 2014 in respect of the ad-hoc committee became lapsed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised with regard to the legality of the adhoc Committee.

2. However, the writ petitioner made a representation to the respondents to consider his hereditary claim in accordance with the provisions of Wakf Act and Rules. Thus without going in to the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.
