O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 11.12.2015, issued under the patta proceedings. 2.Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing the above writ petition, the petitioner subsequently filed an appeal before the District Revenue Officer challenging the very same order and the said official viz., DRO confirmed the order of the RDO, through his proceedings dated 22.02.2017. He further submitted that challenging the order of the DRO, another writ petition is filed in W.P.No.14888 of 2017, which is pending before this court. When such being the position, the correctness or otherwise of the order passed by the RDO and DRO has to be gone into in the subsequent writ petition viz., W.P.No.14888 of 2017. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, as the impugned order challenged in this writ petition has got merged with the order passed by the DRO, as stated supra. No costs.
