O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19.03.2019 made by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner was engaged in carrying out the ARM works, all the HDC Members and the Medical Superintendent of the ESI Hospital through the Hospital Engineer have directed the petitioner to undertake and carryout the job of repair and maintenance to all the damaged RC pillars in 2/6

front of the Hospital. The said work has to be carried out in two segments. After completion of work, the first petitioner was settled first segment amount and the second segment claim is yet to be settled even after frequent letters and reminders.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner so far no representation submitted before the fourth and fifth respondents, who are the authorities concerned to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to immediately submit a fresh representation before the fourth and fifth respondents, on receipt of the same, the fourth and fifth respondent are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
