Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent No.3, not to harass the petitioner by forcing him to repay the loan amount to his creditors and by misusing his powers against the petitioner in various ways, other than the due process of law and not to interfere with the civil dispute.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent 1 & 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 and investigation is pending before respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
