Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Post Graduate Assistant in Government Higher Secondary Schools 20102011 as per Employment registration seniority. ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant in the Government Higher Secondary School for the year 2010-2011.

2. When the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was 50 years old. Apparently, she has now crossed the age of 60 and therefore, the prayer seeking for appointment, cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
