ORDER
The Tender Notification issued for supply of Railway Track material to Thermal Stations is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. The Tender Notification was issued in the year 2012 and now ten
(10) years lapsed. On account of efflux of time, the issues raised in the present writ petition lost its relevance and more so, the job also would have completed.
3. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
