This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment in S.C.No.15 of 2017 order dated 27.06.2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Chengalpattu.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
