A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this court shows that on 11.06.2019, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the revision petitioners and print their names after completion of service of notice. Thereafter, on the next hearing ie., 25.06.2019, the fourth petitioner appeared in person before this court and sought time to engage a counsel on behalf of the petitioners. However, today ie., 01.07.2019, there is no appearance on behalf of the revision petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondent is present.
