ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant leave for two weeks (13.07.2018 to 21.07.2018) to petitioner's brother Illamparuthi (Life Convict No.6923), son of Selvaraj, aged 26 years, now confined in Central Prison (Convict Block), Puzhal, Chennai, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Though the petitioner has come up with the larger relief, inasmuch the petitioner's request for parole of his brother Illamparuthi (Life Convict No.6923) is pending consideration with the third respondent, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The habeas corpus petition is disposed of accordingly.
