CMP.No.2682 of 2026 and W.A. SR.No.186705 of 2025 Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.
and MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR , J.
(Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH., J.) Mr.TN.C.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent and fairly states that the reasons set out in the affidavit to justify the delay of 442 days in filing the Writ Appeal, are acceptable. This is recorded.
2. We are also of the view that in light of the reasons set out at paragraph 8 of the affidavit (which are medical in nature), the delay is liable to be condoned.
3. Hence, the delay of 442 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
